Returns & Refund Policy

We pack every order with care. In the rare event something doesn't arrive as expected, here's everything you need to know.

Section A

Damaged, Different or Missing Product

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, contains the wrong item, or is missing something — contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing video — mandatory A clear, continuous video of the sealed package being opened for the first time is required to process any complaint. Without this, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Also attach 3–4 photos
  • Clear images of the product showing the damage or defect
  • Photo of the outer packaging with the shipping label visible
  • Any additional images clearly showing the condition received

Section B

Exchange & Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Delivery charges for the exchanged product apply as per our standard shipping policy. For partial returns, hand over only the specific items to the pickup agent.

Returns not accepted if
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse
  • Returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories
  • Request is raised after 7 business days of delivery
  • Item was purchased during a sale promotion or with a freebie offer applied
Non-returnable categories
  • All baby products except Baby Fashion — classified under hygiene
  • Comforters under the Home category
Section C

Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality checks. Amount is credited back to your original payment source within 7 business days of us receiving the return.

Order Cancellation

Before shipping

Pre-dispatch

Cancel before warehouse dispatch or respond to our WhatsApp confirmation within 8 hours of placing the order. Full refund to your original payment source within 7 days.

After shipping

Post-dispatch

Call us at 8291667888. You may refuse delivery at the door. Refund within 3–7 business days once the order returns to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
