Refund & Return Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase for your Haus and Kinder! We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely.


(A) What should you do in case of a damaged/different product/missing product?


In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged (manufacturing defects) or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different or missing from what you had ordered, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours on care@hausandkinder.com of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

 

(B) What is the Exchange/Return policy?


As lovely as our products maybe, we understand that sometimes they do not fit in your home as expected. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise RETURN is valid within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Delivery charges for the exchanged product will apply as per our standard shipping policy.

In case you are partially returning an order, please hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent.

For Initiating Return, kindly apply with your order id and register email id/ phone number on Return Requests.

Our 7-days return policy does not apply to purchases made during special sale promotions/Freebie product.


Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
 Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
 Returned without original packaging including, labels, original packing and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
 If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
 Most items purchased from Haus & kinder are returnable within the return window, except those that are sold in sale or any offer is applied and explicitly identified as not returnable are:
1. All the baby products except Baby Fashion are under the hygiene category hence we do not take returns
2. Comforters under Home category.

 

(C) When do I get my refund?
 
Your REFUND will be initiated and will be credited back to your source of payment within 7 business working days once the returns are received by us and clear our quality checks.

REFUND post-delivery of product:

Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse.

For pre-paid order, the amount will be credited to the to the source account


For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive a refund link over your registered email/contact number, which can be filled from your end for faster refund.


(D)How can I cancel my order?


(D-1) CANCELLATION -BEFORE SHIPPING - if the request is made before warehouse dispatch or responding to WhatsApp order confirmation within 8 hours of order placed.
In case of unshipped orders, the money will be refunded to the same account used for payment, within 7 days of the cancellation request.


(D-2) CANCELLATION – AFTER SHIPPING- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our helpdesk at 8291667888
You have the option to refuse the order at the time of delivery. Once the order reaches us,  we shall initiate the refund within 3-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only; shipping fees are not refunded.
